Kam has lived in the Seattle area since 1983, and his family moved to Snoqualmie in 2016. Born in Hong Kong, his language skills include both Cantonese and Teo Chow (Chinese). Kam, his wife, and their children appreciate the healthy and beautiful environment of the Puget Sound region.
